In the unlikely (we mean very unlikely) event that you have purchased a GLISTEN Kit product, used it correctly and have not seen your teeth get at least two shades whiter within seven days, here at GLISTEN Smiles we would like to guarantee you your money back. As a beloved GLISTEN Smiles customer, you will have seven days from your delivery date to contact our team at GLISTEN Smiles and return your GLISTEN Kit for a full refund of your money. The GLISTEN Smiles team will always be happy to honour your requests and listen to your feedback, however there are some conditions that need to be met before you will be issued with your full refund. The first of which is that if you wish to be eligible for the GLISTEN Guarantee, you will need to provide a time stamped photograph of your teeth side by side with the GLISTEN shade chart and a similar photograph time stamped seven days later. The second is that the GLISTEN Smiles customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping of the GLISTEN Smiles products. Finally, if the GLISTEN Smiles product or any of the product components are damaged in any way or missing, the GLISTEN Smiles customer will no longer be eligible for their full refund, the value of the missing or damaged components will be deducted from the overall price (This includes boxing). Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within eight to ten business days. Returns Policy:
At GLISTEN Smiles we have spent months on end reviewing your feedback to develop the best product we can to meet your needs and deliver the famous ‘GLISTEN Smiles Results’. This is why the team at GLISTEN Smiles is happy to offer all of our GLISTEN Smiles customers a 12 month warranty on their GLISTEN Smiles Kit and a three month warranty for all GLISTEN Smiles product components and attachments. The GLISTEN Smiles warranty exclusively covers manufacturing faults and will not be inclusive of any customer induced faults. The GLISTEN Smiles warranty will be void in the case of any cosmetic or physical damage. The GLISTEN Smiles warranty will be void in the case of any opening and tampering of sealed GLISTEN Smiles hardware or components. The GLISTEN Smiles warranty will be void in the case of any missing product components or packaging. If in the unlikely event you believe your GLISTEN Smiles product is faulty or not functioning to its advertised capacity, please do not hesitate to contact the team at GLISTEN Smiles to utilize our GLISTEN Smiles Warranty. In this case the GLISTEN Smiles customer will be asked to supply a video of the GLISTEN Smiles product fault. You as the GLISTEN Smiles customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping of the GLISTEN Smiles products. Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for a refund or replacement. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within eight to ten business days. If it is deemed that the GLISTEN Smiles product is faulty as a result of product misuse by a GLISTEN Smiles customer, the GLISTEN Smiles customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost if they wish to receive their GLISTEN Smiles product back. If the GLISTEN Smiles warranty is incurred, GLISTEN Smiles customers will also have the option to replace the product in question with a brand new replacement. This policy is only eligible for current GLISTEN Smiles products. At Glisten Smiles we assure our high quality and meticulously engineered products, and we have full confidence that our GLISTEN Smiles customers will rarely have to utilize this option.
